Candidate Portal is an applicant tracking, candidate database & management system.

The primary use of Candidate Portal is to improve your management of recruitment campaigns, streamline candidate communication & administration and manage your own business bespoke talent bank candidate database.

The Portal can be used in a variety of ways to support greater self-sufficiency in the recruitment process:

  • Plug-in to your website careers pages

  • Integrate with a recruitment micro-site

  • Used off-line as a candidate database portal (independent of a website and used in talent bank development projects or advertising campaigns)

Vacancies are published on and visible from your business website or portal link, where vacancy specific or speculative applicants can apply online. Their CV's are then stored in your secure business bespoke candidate database.

The Portal is delivered on a leased ASP hosted basis, in order to reduce your costs and bring the technology within the price range of any business, or can be purchased outright and self-managed in-house.

Optional Support Services are also accessible on a discreet basis to Candidate Portal users, either as data management support or, as additional resource during active recruitment periods.
